This self-defense course will touch on a few different areas.
• Situational awareness: knowing your surroundings and identifying possible threats.
•Self Confidence: Being able to take the skills you have learned in this course and implement those skills when they are needed.
•Learning strikes, proper punching/kicking techniques. How to break away from certain holds.
•Self-Empowerment: Knowing you CAN and WILL defend yourself when you need to.
The skills Joe teaches are practical, effective and fun to learn.
