Description:
This fitness class focuses on toning and strengthening the muscles throughout the entire body. This class typically involves a combination of exercises that target different muscle groups, such as the arms, legs, back, and core. The exercises may include bodyweight movements, resistance training with weights and possible cardio exercises to increase heart rate and burn calories. Each class will be a little different than the last, but fun will be had at the same time.
