Description:
T'ai Chi Chih is a mindfulness moving meditation. The set of 19 movements and one pose is soft, flowing, and easy to learn. Benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, improved balance, and coordination, and joy.
The "Beginners I" session is for new students of for previous T'ai Chi Chih students that would like a review. The "Beginners I" session will focus on movement 1-10. Each class will be a combination of learning new movements and review of previous movements learned.
