Description:
T'ai Chi Chih is a mindfulness moving meditation. The set of 19 movements and one pose is soft, flowing and easy to learn. Benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, improved balance and coordination, and joy.
The "Beginners I" session is for new students or for previous T'ai Chi Chih students that would like a review. The "Beginners II" session will focus on movements 11-19 and one pose. Each class will be a combination of learning new movement and a review of previous movements learned.
Bring to Class:
Wear comfortable clothes/ shoes.
Bring water bottle if desired.
