Easter is right around the corner, and what better time to break bread with your family and loved ones?
This class will give you an opportunity to add fresh bread to your table. In a hands-on approach, you will make two different kinds of bread: small individual rolls, crusty sourdough boules, all while learning a little French language.
Bring two, 2-gallon size bowls or bucket to take dough home for you to bake in your own oven
