This meditation class combines the strength of Asana and the centering energy of meditation. Work your body and your mind in a harmonious flow that allows you to focus on your outer and inner selves equally. Whether you are looking to stretch and strengthen your muscles, or expand your consciousness, this class would be a great fit for all levels (beginners to advanced). The final 20 minutes of class unwinds with concentrated focus on your attention and mind through a guided meditation. Join me on this journey of self-discovery.
